*Are general contractors with significant business operations in retail construction.
*Have an excellent reputation in the industry
*Have been in the construction business for a minimum of 5 years.
*Are properly licensed in all states where they conduct business.
*Are insured in accordance with industry standards.
*Are able to provide Performance and Material Payment Bonds from an “A-” or better rated best carrier.
*Must submit an AIA qualification statement for board approval.
