This includes those who may require trachea assistance, those managing spinal cord and traumatic brain injury and those who are managing cognitive deficiencies. Our services begin with a comprehensive assessment which allows us to identify clinical and rehabilitative need. From there we work with clients, guardians, case managers and others to compose a schedule of care that best fits the needs of the individual requiring care. A Plan of Care guides our work and is subject to regular modification based upon need.
